eLayaway Mall Terms and Conditions

  1. When confirming the purchase of an item listed in the eLayaway mall, eLayaway members grant eLayaway the ability to purchase the item from an eLayaway affiliate when the member has paid for the item in full and it is time for purchase fulfillment. eLayaway can also fulfill the purchase through an alternate channel if the item(s) is out of stock, its price changes, or it is no longer available.
  2. Items purchased through the eLayaway Mall are shipped standard by the selected affiliate or an alternate channel if needed.
  3. Product prices listed in the eLayaway Mall are subject to change without notice. If the product price changes from the time a purchase is confirmed to the time an purchase is fulfilled, the eLayaway member will be given the following options:
    • Receive complete refund of all monies paid to eLayaway.
    • Apply all funds to a different item available in the eLayaway Mall
    • Pay additional funds needed to fulfill the original item. (If product price increases)
    • Receive product and a refund of any monies that were overpaid (If product price decreases)
  4. eLayaway does not physically handle items purchased through the eLayaway Mall. Therefore, eLayaway cannot guarantee the item will be available at time of layaway fulfillment. If an item placed on layaway is unavailable at time of fulfillment, the eLayaway member has the following options:
    • Receive complete refund of all monies paid to eLayaway.
    • Apply all funds to a different item available in eLayaway Mall.
  5. If an eLayaway member wishes to return an item purchased through the eLayaway Mall, the eLayaway member must contact the eLayaway customer support. eLayaway will then contact the affiliate to arrange the appropriate return method. eLayaway adheres to the refund/return policy of its affiliates and cannot alter it in any fashion.
  6. eLayaway is not responsible for any misrepresentation of pricing and or product data in the eLayaway Mall.
